While we hope to have your participation in person, we acknowledge individual circumstances and preferences not allowing travel, e.g., travel restrictions due to the pandemic, environmental concerns, family obligations, availability of travel funds, etc. Therefore, we will accommodate remote participation in the conference.
To be included in the proceedings, each accepted paper in EASE must have one registration at the EASE Main Conference rate or Full Conference Package rate by the deadline for the camera-ready submission (28 April 2023) and be presented (in person or online) during the conference. We will follow a strict no-show policy and exclude papers not presented at the conference from the proceedings.
