Please read the instructions on this page carefully and use the online registration system to register for the event. If you want to pay your registration fee for remote participation, as a non-author, with a credit card, please use this link instead.

We are currently experiencing credit card payment options issues. We have contacted the registration service provider, and they are working on a fix. If you plan to pay your registration fees with a credit card, please wait until we announce an update here. We have moved the author registration deadline to 5 May accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

(UPDATE) PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES: You do not have to pay the registration fee at the time of registration. If you choose “Invoice” as the payment option, you will receive an invoice with a due date. In most cases, you can have this invoice paid by forwarding it to your finance department at your institution. Payment of the registration fee at the time of registration is currently only possible via the Paytrail option for Finnish bank account holders. If none of these options works for you, please complete your registration with the “Invoice” option, contact the registration service provider ease@konffa.fi immediately, and they will offer you alternatives, including payment with a credit card onsite during the event. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Early Registration Fees (until 14 May)
  • EASE Main Conference (14-15 June): 500 EUR
  • Co-located Workshops, Tutorials, and EASE Doctoral Symposium (16 June): 300 EUR
  • Full Conference Package (14-15-16 June): 750 EUR
  • Remote participation (NON-AUTHOR ONLY): 150 EUR

Late Registration Fees (after 14 May)

  • EASE Main Conference (14-15 June): 650 EUR
  • Co-located Workshops, Tutorials, and EASE Doctoral Symposium (16 June): 400 EUR
  • Full Conference Package (14-15-16 June): 900 EUR
  • Remote participation (NON-AUTHOR ONLY): 150 EUR

Registration Types:

  • With the "Full Conference Package (14-15-16 June)", you can attend all three days of the event in person, with or without an accepted paper.
  • If you have a paper accepted in any EASE conference track (except Doctoral Symposium), you should at least choose the fee for "EASE Main Conference (14-15 June)". You can also choose this option if you want to participate in person only at the main conference without an accepted paper.
  • If you have a paper accepted in EASE Doctoral Symposium or have a paper in one of the workshops co-located with EASE, you should at least choose the fee for "Co-located Workshops, Tutorials, and EASE Doctoral Symposium (16 June)".You can also choose this option if you want to participate in person only at one of the workshops without an accepted paper or participate in a tutorial.
  • The policy for authors with multiple papers is only to make one registration at the “Full Conference Package (14-15-16 June): 750 EUR” rate. This avoids paying excessive fees for multiple papers while giving the author access to the whole event. If other co-authors of such papers also plan to attend the event, they must make separate personal registrations as usual.
  • To attend the conference remotely without a paper, you can choose "Remote participation (NON-AUTHOR ONLY)". If you want to pay your registration fee for remote participation as a non-author with a credit card, please use this link for registration . Authors of accepted papers cannot use this option, but they can still present remotely. (Please check the Attendance Policy)

Registration Terms: Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to Konffa Ltd, ease@konffa.fi. The fee for any amendments is 15 EUR/ registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 15 EUR. An invoice handling fee of 10 EUR is added to each invoice. Cancellations will be accepted until 15 May 2023 with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50€. After this, no refunds will be given.


Liability: The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents, or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
