Registration Fees

Note on Social Dinners:

• One social dinner is already included in all Full and Conference-Only registrations
• ECSA Full / ECSA Conference Only registrations include the ECSA social dinner
• ESOCC registrations include the ESOCC social dinner
• ECSA + ESOCC Full registrations include both ECSA and ESOCC social dinners
• The additional dinner price is only if you wish to purchase extra dinner tickets beyond what is included in your registration

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered with a regular (non-student) registration.
One registration covers one paper.
Papers without a registered author may be removed from the proceedings.

What Registration Fees Include (for both ECSA and ESOCC):

• Full Registration includes: Access to conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, demos, conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference days, welcome reception, and conference dinner.

• Conference Only Registration includes: Access to the conference sessions, conference materials, lunches & coffee breaks, welcome reception & conference dinner.

• Workshops/Tutorials/Demos Only (2 days) includes: Access to workshops/tutorials, demos, conference materials, and lunches and coffee breaks for the two days.

• Student Registration Student registration requires valid documentation proving student status (student ID card or an official letter from the Head of Department or Director of Doctoral School on institutional letterhead), to be provided at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. Registrants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person. The conference committee cannot assist in finding a replacement. To request a transfer, please contact andrea.janes@unibz.it.
