Accomodation

ICSME 2026 will take place in Benevento, a compact and walkable city with a range of accommodation options, including hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, and apartments.

Participants are encouraged to book their accommodation early, especially if they wish to stay close to the historic city centre or within walking distance of the main conference venue, Complesso Sant’Agostino, University of Sannio.

Suggested Areas

Participants may wish to look for accommodation in or near the historic centre of Benevento, especially around Corso Garibaldi, the Arch of Trajan, Piazza Santa Sofia, and the Cathedral area. These areas are generally convenient for reaching the conference venue, restaurants, and main city landmarks.

Accommodation near the Benevento railway station may also be convenient for attendees arriving by train, but participants should check the walking distance or local transport options to the conference venue before booking.

We are pleased to share some accommodation options kindly provided by the Benevento Conservatory "Nicola Sala".

Il Molino – Student Housing of the "Nicola Sala" Conservatory https://maps.app.goo.gl/ghcCpRBGk6cBdUqQ7 is making its rooms available to conference participants, subject to availability. To book your stay, please contact the accommodation at housingilmolino@conservatorio.bn.it, indicating your arrival and departure dates, whether you require a single or twin room (double-bed rooms are not available), and specifying that you will be attending the conference. The cost for a single room is 80€, and the cost for a double room is 100€.
