Reservations at Clarion made through conference link can be cancelled free of charge until 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Under “manage reservation” in the confirmation email, it will state that you can cancel free of charge online up to 2 weeks before arrival. However, if you contact the hotel directly after this date, you can still cancel free of charge until 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
