EASE 2025
Tue 17 - Fri 20 June 2025 Istanbul, Turkey
Tue 17 Jun 2025 11:37 - 11:55 at Workshop Room - LEARNER

Software testing requires critical thinking, experimentation, and modelling, yet traditional education often lacks sufficient engagement to develop these skills effectively. This paper introduces a puzzle-based learning approach to strengthen key testing competencies. Each exercise challenges assumptions and biases while fostering creativity and mirroring real-world testing demands. Integrating these puzzles into education enhances engagement and bridges the gap between theory and practice. Future work aims to expand this collection into a comprehensive Body of Knowledge (BoK).
