Hyrum is a staff software engineer at Google, where he leads the Code Health Team. He one of the editors of Software Engineering at Google, and works to improve the practice of software engineering both inside and outside of Google. Hyrum’s primary interests are in scalable maintenance of large-scale software systems, particularly their refactoring and evolution. He coined the eponymous Hyrum’s Law, but not its name.
