Building Agile Trainers: What Makes an Effective Agile Coach?
Agile coaches and trainers are instrumental in helping teams and organisations successfully embrace Agile methodologies. This session will explore the key skills, qualities, and techniques that make an Agile coach effective. We’ll focus on practical tools, methods, and mindsets that enable coaches to teach Agile concepts in ways that resonate with diverse learners. Additionally, we’ll look at how coaching approaches can be tailored to fit different contexts such as one-on-one coaching, team workshops, and large group facilitation. Through real-world examples and interactive activities, participants will gain valuable insights into becoming more effective Agile coaches and trainers.
