While training of elementary roles such as product owners and scrum masters is well established, training of other stakeholders that are nonetheless crucial to the setup and governance of agile organizations did not yet receive this attention. Often, they only receive a rather general training. We present a practical example for a training concept for business owners that goes beyond mere knowledge transfer and small exercises and is tailored to their needs. While the training concept itself can serve as inspiration we will also touch upon the journey towards this result. Applying agile principles in the development of this concept allowed us to quickly react to the needs of the audience and reach tangible results for the participants.

Stefan Winter has spent about 17 years in the medical device industry creating solutions for challenges in healthcare. Since 2023 he is supporting enterprises on their journey to more agility as agile coach and trainer..
