The Hands-On Training on Scenario-based Testing with BeamNG.tech, organized by BeamNG GmbH and the Austrian Institute of Technology, will take place within ICST 2025 on Friday 4, 11:00 -12:30. The event will be a great chance for attendees to try out the latest and greatest in driving simulation and testing.
Everybody is welcome to join the hands-on training; however, to actively participate, attendees must download and install software packages, including the BeamNG.tech simulator and Python.
Since the setup might take some time to complete, Chrysanthi Papamichail and Alessio Gambi, co-organizers of the training session, kindly ask you to let them know whether you plan to participate. The sooner they get your preference, the better they will be able to plan the training session, so do not wait any longer! Please use the following Google form to submit your preference: https://forms.gle/pT7CG2JpS9paxdjy6

It has come to our attention that fraudulent emails are being sent to ICST 2025 authors, impersonating travel and conference registration services. These emails, allegedly from “Global Travel”, request recipients to confirm their travel dates and promise to send an invoice afterward. The emails may originate from addresses such as: support@gtravelmanagement.com, bookings@gtravelservices.com, reservations@gtravelhosting.com or operations@gtravelservices.com.
⚠️ Be advised that these emails are scams. They are not associated with ICST 2025 or any of its official communications. Do not reply, click any links, or share any personal information. Official ICST 2025 correspondence will only come from verified conference channels.
