Instructions for Presenters

Length of presentation (overall 30 min slot)

• Research track: 20 min presentation + 10 min discussion

• Industrial innovation track: 20 min presentation + 10 min discussion

• RE@Next! track: 15 min presentation + 15 min discussion

• Journal-First track: 25 min presentation + 5 min Q&A

Equipment

All rooms are with equipped with an HDMI connector. Please make sure you have an adapter, if your computer does not have an HDMI connector. If you need help, contact us early enough, at least a day before your presentation is schedule. Additionally, there is the option to present using the in-room computers. To do so, send your presentation files in PDF or PPTX to re24slides@gmail.com ahead of time, at least 1 hour before your session. Please provide the session name in your email, to make our jobs easier.

Sessions

Kindly make sure to come to the room in the break before your session starts, to check that all is working well and to meet the session chair.
