Number of rooms in different categories have been pre-booked for participants, since Reykjavik is quite crowded during the conference period. These rooms can be booked during the registration process only, which will open soon. We recommend that you book your hotel as early as possible. Note that we cannot guarantee that the pre-booked rooms are still available after 15 April.

The Student hostel is within a short walking distance from downtown Reykjavik and its shopping street Laugavegur, as well as the main landmarks in Reykjavik, i.e. Hallgrímskirkja, Harpa and Perlan (the Pearl). Student hostel is on campus at the University of Iceland (**which is not the same as Reykjavik University), with various service such as the University Bookstore, Bookstore Café, Háma (canteen) and the Student Cellar (bar). The conference venue is approximately 2km by foot from the hostel.
