- While you’re at it, take a moment to review and improve the event description and formatting if needed.
- Don’t forget to update your profile—a photo (or even a custom avatar) helps make the event more engaging. Thank you!
- Promote your talk and use the templates provided below.

- Download the Cover Slide and copy it into your presentation software of your choice and then edit it.
During the conference
- Arrive at your assigned room well in advance of your session.
- Please note that each session includes multiple talks. All speakers are expected to be present at the start of the session, even if your own presentation is scheduled later.
- Your presentation will be pre-loaded on the laptop provided.
- In most rooms, a microphone is not required. A session presenter will be available to assist.
- Please begin and end your presentation on time. Session chairs will help ensure the schedule is maintained. Note: Each time slot ends 5 minutes before the next one begins.
- Allocate 5–10 minutes for audience questions, depending on the length of your time slot.
