After finishing his Studies in Psychology, Balint started working in IT as a Software Automation Tester, from where he transitioned to being a Business Analyst and now a Scrum Master. Having worked for both large Corporations and small Startups Balint has experienced Agile in various different contexts and at various different scales. Currently Balint is working for George at Erste Bank Group AG, helping teams to become self-governing and independent.
