Bio:

Franziska Maria Tobisch has been a PhD candidate at the Technical University of Munich since 2022 and is now in the final year of her PhD. She holds a master’s degree in Information Systems from the Technical University of Munich. As part of her PhD, she works as a Research Assistant at the Computer Science Department of the Technical University of Munich, responsible for teaching and thesis supervision in Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture Management, and Strategic IT Management at the Master’s level. Her research focuses on effort estimation, knowledge sharing and coordination, and adopting Communities of Practice in large-scale agile software development.
