Doctor of Social Sciences (AGH) in the discipline of Management Science and Quality. Master’s degree in Psychology (SWPS) and Management (UJ). Has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry in various positions (consultant, team leader, project manager, scrum master, engineering manager).Active participant in the Agile community in Poland and abroad. Occasional lecturer at postgraduate programs at various universities: SGH, AGH, and WSEI.
