Bio:

I have been developing software since 1994 and working with agility since 2009. I have a postgraduate degree in OOP in Java and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from PUC-PR. I am a CSP-SM/PO from Scrum Alliance and an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Accredited Kanban Consultant from Kanban University, where I also worked as coordinator of the global mentoring program for new AKCs. I have been leading development teams for several years and implementing several XP, Kanban, Clean Code and Scrum practices in the companies where I worked (Serasa, Tecban, Easyinvest, Sodexo, Mercedes-Benz, PagSeguro, Certisign, Liferay, XP Investimentos…). I am a developer, consultant, teacher, husband, father and speaker. I was the president of the 2016 Edition of Agile Brazil, the largest conference on the subject in Brazil. I have taught courses in Brazil, Spain and the USA and today I am an Associate Trainer at Aspercom.
