I’ve spent years in the world of software development and DevOps, and along the way, I accidentally discovered that I love working with people just as much as with code. After a solid run as a line manager, I’m now diving into the world of self-managing organizations—fueled by ideas from sociocracy, holacracy, and Frederic Laloux’s Reinventing Organizations. I’m especially curious about how we can build workplaces that feel more human, collaborative, and alive.

I’ve been part of agile transformations both as Scrum Master and as a leader, experimenting with ways to support autonomy, flow, and team ownership without losing direction. If it involves co-creation, purpose, or a post-it wall, count me in.
