At the centre of our discourse is the initiative “RockStartIT: Ignite Curiosity. Fuel Futures.”, a pathbreaking programme that aims to break down the barriers that prevent women from engaging with IT. By integrating interdisciplinary education with hands-on, problem-solving projects that address real-world challenges, RockStartIT goes beyond traditional learning pathways. It provides a comprehensive and authentic learning experience that equips female students not only with technology skills but also with a passion for innovation and a commitment to improving society. This presentation will document the journey of the RockStartIT programme, highlighting the defining moments, the challenges overcome and the innovative strategies that have fueled its impact.
