Something big is happening in the tech world - artificial intelligence is changing everything about how we work. But where are all the Agile leaders in this conversation? As Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, we’re supposed to be the ones who help teams work better, drive change, and find new ways to improve. Yet when it comes to AI, many of us are sitting on the sidelines. This doesn’t make sense. We have the exact skills needed to help organizations adopt AI successfully - we know how to manage change, improve processes, and keep teams focused on delivering real value. In this talk, I’ll explore why Agile leaders need to step up and take charge of AI initiatives in their organizations. I’ll share practical ideas about how we can use our Agile experience to make AI adoption smoother and more effective.
