Abstract

In this session, I will share how hybrid work evolved at Ericsson after the COVID period was over. I will cover how back-to-office policies evolved, the implications on and experiments with the work environment and how people responded in our multi-national enterprise. I will round this off with lessons learnt and our current challenges.
