Imagine your company has started a transformation and suddenly it hit the ceiling. You might be wondering: What just happened? What are we missing? What hadn’t we considered? Who else should be involved?

This is a challenge many organizations are facing, mainly because they are considering starting with different agile frameworks (outside-in approach). They might not be considering starting with understanding the culture first and then aligning agility with the organization’s culture and its values.

This is my story about two organizations, I worked for, where we started with understanding the organizational culture first and then started bringing agility into it.

The first organization is a Scale-Up FinTech in Denmark and the second one is a large French Digital Automation & Energy Management organization.

This will be an Interactive session where the participants will be invited to share their experiences as well. During the session, we will build more awareness of how we might bring agility into the organization while considering organizational culture and having a systemic view of the whole system we are operating.

I help and support organizations to embrace leadership agility, turn complexity into clarity, and drive sustainable growth through reflective, people-centered practices. With over 20 years of experience, I cultivate adaptive cultures where leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning fuel performance and resilience. My approach embeds transformation into the organization’s DNA, building confident leaders, aligned teams, and future-ready organizations. Every engagement is an opportunity to spark new thinking, strengthen leadership capabilities, and transform ambition into measurable results. Growth is not just a goal, it becomes a way of working and leading. My mission is to embed agility as a scalable mindset and capability across the organization, developing confident leaders, aligned teams, and future-ready organizations prepared to thrive today and tomorrow.
