I have more than 20 years of practical experience and academic qualifications in software engineering, both in building products and improving processes. I use agility, new technologies, and academic knowledge to improve people’s lives and society. Throughout my career I developed skills and worked as a systems analyst, requirements specialist, Product Owner and Development Team Manager. Dealing daily with prioritization of demands, product metrics, implementation and use of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), backlog management and software support in production. In addition to the technical aspects, I worked in people management, using feedback techniques, 1:1, professional mentoring, conflict management and relationships between teams. I currently work as an Agile Coach, using at tactical, strategic and operational levels, facilitation techniques, process optimization, team building, OKRs, workflow optimization, among others. I approach agility within the business context, prioritizing initiatives that will have the greatest impact on results, in conjunction with strategic leadership. I also have experience in teaching, having taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to software engineering. I love studying and my professional interests relate to everything that involves building digital products. As a continuous learning enthusiast, I have been learning and dedicating myself to reading about agility, problem solving, product management, UX-UI, agile metrics, accessibility, business agility and some other areas that catch my eye. I am the mother of a teenager and a little girl and my personal interests include: inclusion and diversity in IT teams, active mobility, feminism, humanization of health, cats and plants.
