In this submission, we aim to apply for the \textit{Available and Reusable} Badges for the paper ``Locating Framework-specific Crashing Faults with Compact and Explainable Candidate Set'', which has been accepted for inclusion in the ICSE 2023 technical program. To achieve that, we first present the basic information needed to download and unpack the artifact-related files. And then interpret the instructions we provided as requested.

For the \textit{Available} Badges, we have added all the components needed for the full execution of the experiments and analyses, making them readily available. And for the \textit{Reusable} Badges, our artifact contains the example subjects, scripts, tools, evaluation results, and a series of guidelines on how to use them. To ease the tool execution, we have included instructions in the INSTALL file on how to perform Android framework-specific fault localization using CrashTracker. Besides, we have given guidelines for users who want to localize faults on other versions of Android frameworks, making it reusable for the next researchers that intend to replicate or extend our experiments.
