This session explores adaptive and sustainable AI agile practices, focusing on reducing the environmental impact of large-scale models. It covers topics like energy-efficient architectures, carbon footprints, and strategies to make AI processes more eco-friendly. Leadership models and frameworks that can be used to support an AI digital transformation initiative will be explored, with an emphasis on the new role of the Chief Data AI Officer, which is an emerging executive role that supports AI Digital Transformation initiatives.

Dr. Gail has presented at multiple international conferences for the IEEE, Agile Alliance, and the Project Management Institute. Dr. Gail is a published author with books on agile transformation, technical leadership and research. She holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Masters in Computer Science from National University. She is currently enrolled in the Carnegie Mellon Heinz College Chief Data AI Officer executive program, where she is pursuing advanced executive level strategy work in AI and Machine Learning.
