Marcos Lordello Chaim is a faculty member at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH), University of São Paulo (USP), São Paulo, Brazil, since 2005. He received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas, Campinas, Brazil, in 2001. His research interests are related to how software artifacts should be analyzed to support tasks such as testing, debugging, and maintenance. Tools based on program analysis techniques have been developed by his research group to support these tasks. Among his current research interests lies the development of testing and debugging techniques for hybrid quantum systems. He has published and reviewed papers for leading software engineering journals and conferences (e.g., IST, TOSEM, STVR, ICST, ESEM) and helped to organize and served as committee member of Brazilian and International conferences and workshops.
