Ilham Ahmed Qasse is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Computer Science at Reykjavík University. She received the B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and the M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Sharjah, and the Ph.D. in Computer Science from Reykjavík University. Her work focuses on software evolution and maintenance in smart contracts, with a strong emphasis on empirical software engineering. She conducts data-driven studies of deployed Ethereum contracts and develops tools for upgrade-pattern detection, version-lineage tracking, and best-practice guidance for secure and maintainable designs.
