In addition to the core social events (Newcomer’s Reception, Welcome Reception, and Banquet,) we will also hold several networking events. These will primarily be held during the lunch periods from Wednesday to Friday.
Lunch runs from 12:30-2 every day. We anticipate any of the above events held during lunch to start at 12:45 to give people time to take a short break and obtain food from the buffet before attending the event. Food can be brought into the rooms.
Note that various meetings, BOF events, and poster sessions will also be held during lunchtime.
