There will be two main areas for this reception.

The map below will guide you from the Rogers Centre to either of two doors. Once in the building, make your way to either:

• The Terrace level (click on the link) where there will be a Harpist, and a quiet area and also plenty of food (we suggest entering at the Elgin entrance)
• The Canada Room (shown also in the map below) where there will be a Jazz group and plenty of food (we suggest entering at the Mackenzie King Entrance)

Badges will be checked at the door (there will need to be an asterisk by We on your badge; if you do not see this, please check with the registration desk in advance.

See the session information below to choose which area to go to first. You are permitted to move between the areas, although you will have to show your badge to enter each area.

Below is the map from the Rogers Centre to the NAC. Do NOT use Google maps as it gets it badly wrong and will take you on a circuitous route through the mall and a 3x longer walk! The correct way: Exit the Rogers Centre into the Rideau Centre (door near room 207) and turn right, then follow the Red lines on this map. The green segment is an escalator. At the NAC you can enter through either door shown; we suggest using both doors to reduce congestion.
