Nico is a computer scientist by education. He studied at Delft University of Technology and received his Phd. from the same institution. During his studies he specialized in the application of formal methods for software development, which has, since then, always been a theme/interest in his career. After his doctoral studies he started working for IT service provider Capgemini. Here he became an expert in enterprise and information/IT architecture. Nowadays he works as an independant consultant for his own firm Thanos.
